How OnTarget Media Group collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Information We Collect

When you request a free assessment or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, the service you are interested in, and any details you share about your business and marketing goals. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and referring sources.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare your assessment or proposal, deliver our services, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter or authorize email campaigns as part of a service, we use your email address to send the agreed messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in each message or by contacting us.

SMS & Text Messaging

We collect SMS consent only through separate, optional, unchecked choices — one for promotional messages and one for inquiry and appointment messages. Providing your phone number for an inquiry does not by itself authorize promotional or recurring text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance. We store each consent choice separately and handle mobile opt-in data in accordance with applicable law.

Analytics, Remarketing & Tracking

Where included in your engagement, we may use analytics and conversion-tracking tools and configure remarketing tags to reach eligible past visitors on participating websites and apps, subject to audience availability and consent settings. These tools may set cookies governed by their own privacy policies.

AI Tools & Website Chat

Where configured, AI-assisted features such as website chat use the business information we provide to help answer common questions and route inquiries. These features are activated only after setup and testing, are not represented as active before implementation, and are not a substitute for human support. Information you share with a chat assistant may be stored to improve responses and forwarded to our team.

Voice & Call Data

For call-focused advertising or call-handling features, call details such as the calling number, call duration, and call recordings (where enabled and permitted) may be collected and used for billing, routing, and quality purposes, in accordance with applicable law and your agreement.

Information Sharing

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, analytics, CRM, or form-delivery platforms), under agreements that require them to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us, or to withdraw messaging consent. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
